The mirror polished bezels and maintaining well-defined margins is done with hand polishing with a very fine abrasive.
There is a big difference between polishing with a machine or hand.
While the polishing machine is faster, the surfaces have wavy bevels and rounded edges.
Hand polishing requires more time and skill to achieve a surface free of irregularities and with well-defined lines.
